We process and dispatch orders quickly. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. Any questions? Our team is always here to help.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email that lets you monitor your delivery in real time. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, please contact our team and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. BLEVORA cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@blevora.com and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. BLEVORA has no control over customs processing times or fees.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we'll investigate right away. For domestic orders we can typically file a carrier claim after 15 business days of no movement, and for international orders after 25 business days, since parcels are sometimes delayed in transit or customs without tracking updates. Once a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.

Delivered Status

Once a carrier marks an order as "Delivered", BLEVORA considers the delivery fulfilled. If your parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local delivery office, then contact us and we'll do everything we can to help.
