Our 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund — no fuss.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Contact us within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date
  • The product should be in its original packaging, with no more than one container opened
  • Contact our support team first — we'll send you a return authorization number
  • Returns sent without a prior authorization number cannot be processed

How to Request a Refund

Get in touch — Email us at support@blevora.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.

Receive your authorization — We'll reply within 24 hours with a return authorization number and return instructions.

Ship your return — Send the product back using a tracked service. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Receive your refund — Once we've received and inspected the item, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Products with more than one container opened or used beyond reasonable inspection
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Gift cards

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return, applied to your original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or payment provider once the refund has been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're sorry. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Subscriptions

You can pause, change, or cancel a subscription at any time from your account, or by messaging our support team. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that upcoming order. We don't lock you into any minimum commitment.
