Check your dispatch confirmation email — it contains a tracking link. If you haven't received a dispatch email within 3 business days of ordering, send us a message and we'll look into it straight away.
Get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately. Most delivery issues are resolved quickly once we're involved, and we'll always make it right.
Email us or use the form above first — please don't send anything back without hearing from us, as we need to issue a return authorisation number. Once you have that, we'll guide you through the process and refund you within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
We're really sorry about this. Please contact us within 7 days with a photo of what you received and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately — at no cost to you.
